Well it first started a couple days ago. I came to work and that morning my lower back, right under my rib was hurting just a little bit, but as the day progressed, so did the pain. I'm talking excruciating pain by the end of the day. So i went home and took some ibuprofen and wrapped my back up with a heat wrap where the pain was, and thankfully it went away, so I was alright all day yesterday. Well horrible, tear jerking pains started again waking me up at 5 am this morning. With pains so bad that I could barely stand up. Ive noticed today that I have been urinated a lot more than usual, and I feel like I have to go really bad, then hardly anything comes out.. What could this be??

You're right, this sounds like an kidney issue. What side is it on? Because sometimes appendicitis can radiate up and to the back. This would be true if you have pain on your RIGHT SIDE. It could also be gall bladder related.

It sounds like a kidney stone to me. How old are you? If the pain suddenly goes away, then you passed the stone, however, if it is persistent it could be something life threatening such as a kidney infection, pancreatitis, appendicitis or cholecystitis.

If it gets really bad, then go to the ER right away. They can figure out whats going on pretty quickly.

Regards,
Ryan

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

Sounds like a kidney stone. Get thee to a urologist. Some can be bad if they block your urine flow. Don't mess with it.
