Take on a night job at a restaurant, or a weekend job at a shop, something with your free time, andything that works around your other work schedule.

Have a second part time job and there's a lot of work out there. Consider applying in another company and you will likely to have a great job not just for 4 hours. If yu love what you are doing then consider having a job after your 4 hours work.
