No, it is not.Seroquel is a well-known anti-psychotic medication, not MAOs ( mainly used in the past for depression) or SSRI ( the relatively new class of widely prescribed anti-depressants, as Cytalopram, Paroxetine, Venflaxine, etc).
It is used mostly in OCD ( Obsessive Compulsive Disorders) as a accompanying therapy, various psychosis, etc.

No Seroquel is an Atypical Anti psychotic.
I also have taken it for months.

no, it is an anti phsychotic, MAOIs and SSRIs are both anti-depressants. seroquel can also be used to help stabalize moods.

Ambien, Restoril, Trazadone I take Zyprexa and it helps me sleep. I gained weight on it too, unfortunately. Melatonin (works for some people)
