if you're trying to defrost it in the microwave then have it on for a longer time on a LOW setting. start with 5 min on 2 or 3. the more frozen it is when it goes in the longer it'll have to cook. don't forget to check it often. with microwaving, the edges often get cooked first and too much.

if you want to cook it all the way and it's thawed completely - try 3 min on 7. check it too. it's cooked when juices from the meat are clear.

defrost it about 2.5 min w/o bone, about 3.5-4 with. Then cook as usual.
