if we leave Iraq, Iran will invade, then we have Iran on the border of Saudi, and also Israel. Iran will invade Israel, and with Lebanon and Syria, Maybe even Egypt, they will try to push Israel into the sea, Israel will fight to the bitter end and then it will happen. Facing sure annihilation Israel will go nuclear, So now we have nuclear war in the middle east. This will destroy the world economy, Anarchy will take hold and governments will fall.

Eventually, yes.

As with every other successful terrorist attack on US targets - the barracks in Lebanon, the Pan Am flight over Lockerbie, WTC 1st bombing, the Khobar Towers bombing, the Cut & Run from Somalia, the bombings of US Embassies in Africa, the bombing of the USS Cole, the 9/11 bombings, the Bali bombing, the train bombings in Spain, London and India, etc., this increases terrorist recruitment.

And if we're not fighting and killing them over there, they will come and attack us here.

The problem with playing defense with terrorism, is that they only need to be successful once to be successful, but defense has to catch 100% or it's a failure. I'd rather our soldiers fight them in Iraq and Afghanistan than have to see a repeat of 9/11.

They will try to attack us, anyway.

We will get attacked regardless.. I don't think people understand the extent of all the little terrorists we made by going in the way we did... most of the civilian casualties were brothers, husbands, fathers, sons, etc.. the women were sisters, daughters, mothers, wives, etc.... the kids were daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, etc.... there are going to be a lot of kids that grow up to hate the US for what we did- Whether we pull out, or stay the course.. that's not going to change

There is always a chance of us being attacked, but the possibility is smaller because of all the precations that people are being urged to take, such as reporting suspicious packages and heightened security.

While some people may not like america, we will hardly loose face if we pull out, because we will still, and always will be a force to be reckoned with.

I believe we'll be attacked regardless of whether we pull out our troops. I think we're actually more likely to be attacked if we leave our troops there (cf. Spain, the UK) but I don't think that is a good reason to pull out.

We will get attacked again at some point no matter what. All we can do is keep our eyes open and do what we can to stop as many attempts as possible. Some people in the world hate the US, and will do everything they can to kill Americans. But they will never be victorious.

NO. This was the same thing said during the Vietnam War. If we didn't stop them there they would attack us here. I don't recall the Vietnamese ever attacking the mainland of the United States or Hawaii for that matter.

Yes, the Iranians & terrorists are going to influence the support of the main candidate who supports anti-war. They will wait till after election to push the button when we are weak. This said by Iranian refugee.

We will get attacked whenever wherever they want to attack us. Whether we are at war, with troops out everywhere, or not.
The war is pointless.
