No. There hasn't been any superstition for that. And it's not tacky. It can look quite lovely. You can also consider a white jacket with black pants and tie. My groom wore an ivory tux to match my ivory gown, then I had the groomsmen in grey tuxes with ties to match the color of the dresses the bridesmaids wore.

My fiance is going to positioned on a white tux. he's rather tan and seems proper in white. I also like the perception of both one people in white therefor set apart from the bridal party. My father is maximum probable also going to positioned on white considering he's giving me away. I see not something incorrect with it and how i think is it doesnt matter whats in kind or not because on your wedding ceremony day vogue regulations do not observe its all about the bride and groom.

I don't believe so. My future brother-in-law wore a handsome white tux (well, just a white jacket) and he's been married for 13 years... very happily! I never heard that white is bad luck. It's good luck for the bride, why not the groom too! :)

A tuxedo is the formal jacket worn by men on special or formal occasions. The most popular colors are black, white, and gray. (I got that a wedding website) so your "hubby" will be in style, standing up there waiting for his beautiful bride....yes, I am sucking up for 10 points. Much happiness in your marriage.

Why would you say that? I know in some cultures, white is not exactly auspicious. However, in a "western" style wedding, white on ANYONE is fine. It is socially acceptable.

I have never heard that it was bad luck but it is very tacky. Why not put him in a pale blue one with a ruffle shirt?

No. But there's very few if any men who look flattering in a white tux.
