Peace Be Upon Him
This is used after stating the names of the Prophets (IE: Mohammad, Jesus [Isa], etc...)
SAWS (or saaws, or sawas) means the same thing, in Arabic.
"Sala Allahu Alehe Wa Salam"
Translated to: Peace and blessing of Allah(swt) be upon him
Using the term "swt" after saying Allah(swt) stands for:
"Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala"
Which translates to: "The most glorified, the most high."

PBUH= Peace be upon him
PBUT= Peace be upon them all
PBUH is used for the prophets individually like Isa(PBUH*) to show respect.
PBUT is used for all the prophets or some prophets together as a group like Adam, David, Noah, Muhammed(PBUH*).

I'm not muslim, but it means "Peace Be Upon Him".
It's a sign of respect towards some important historical people, i.e. Moses, Abraham, Jesus, Mohammed, etc...

It means the person using it is too lazy to wish peace and blessings upon "him".
