Both, apple and pineapple juices are tasty and good.
Apple juice if not mixed with anything.
If you make one plain cocktail with pineapple juice (as an exotic one) and vodka, or pineapple juice with some gin would be great too! And the final touch will be a few slices of lime or a plain lemon.

Pineapple with vodka, really anything tropical with vodka
Apple juice is best with Rum
Try lemon type things with wiskey, including mountain dew and sprite if your going low budget
