I've been at work since 8am, and I get off at 1pm...it's 11am right now in California. I slept about 6 hours last night and I'm kinda sleepy right now. I'm a legal assistant, so I basically sit behind a desk all day. I already had some coffee, but I feel like I just need a boost of energy.

Any suggestions???

Start with tasks that take the least "brainpower" and work gradually to more complex tasks - before you know it your brain will be awake and the day will be over.

Take a quick walk around the office/building. That will get the blood moving! Try some easy stretching, too.
