If you really believe the Quran stands up to scrutiny, you wont get angry and report me for asking a fair question. Heres some of what the Quran says about magical genies (jinn):

Quran 15:27 “And the Jinn race, We had created before, from the fire of a scorching wind.” http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/015.qmt.html#015.027

Quran 46:29 “Behold, We turned towards thee a company of Jinns (quietly) listening to the Qur'an: when they stood in the presence thereof...” http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/046.qmt.html#046.029

So, Genies are visible ("we turned towards Jinn") and they are a "race" of creatures different from man. If this is so, then we surely would have some evidence of their existance over the last 1400 years since the Quran claimed their presence.

I dont believe in any religion. I dont believe in angels or devils, however, as a matter of logic, angels and devils conviently exist in a spirtual world that avoids this problem where Genies dont. Wheres the proof?

Jinn are capable of making themselves visible to mankind, but generally do not. If you want to read more about Jinn, I suggest you check out:

What if I was trapped in a box with a question that had sealed off all the exits?
I have so many opinions and experiences I could tell you about that I could sit here writing for the next two days and not say it all. Nor would you pay much attention to any of it.
I am also a person who doesn't believe in religion. But I believe in some things that religious people believe in. Other things, eh, not so much.
Many people from many parts of the world and many different spiritual traditions "see" spirits. You can say that they are all insane, but when you say that such a large number of people are crazy, you make it harder for yourself to understand the world you live in and you make your own personal world a bit more distant from the personal worlds of other people's experiences.
The ancient Greeks found nature spirits in every river, lake, mountain and grove of trees they encountered. They were all insane. The native African and native American peoples found spirits in nature. They were/ are all insane. Christians find guardian angels; Muslims find Jinn; Mediterranean peoples can send evil energy through a look; Jews can get assulted by a Golem; aboriginal Australians know nature spirits and dreamtime; reiki practitioners can "see" energy moving or blocked in the immobile body of a client.
I've looked for some of these things. I've seen very little. I've never seen a ghost, a UFO or an honest psychic. I've been to an apostolic church and I've seen people rolling on the floor, speaking in unknown tongues, getting faith healings, having demons cast out. It didn't do much for me. I've spent the requisite six months meditating and purifying myself in order to achieve the knowledge and conversation of my holy guardian angel. It was a vision in my head of a perfected version of myself.
There is not anything that anyone can say that will make you believe in something you haven't seen and you cannot be compelled to "see" any spiritual matter that you don't want to see.
Santeros and Vodun practitioners play drums, sing songs and dance to get themselves posessed by nature spirits.
You don't dance do you?

they are unseen creatures nonetheless they'd seem to human beings animals or despite style. whether they can't take the style of an angel or prophet. This explains particularly some the sightings human beings have yet won't be able to clarify it.

Different dimension, just like radio frequency, if you are not tuned to 100.2 FM you wont hear it. same with TV if you are not tuned to channel 4 you wont see it . You can't see jinn but they can see you . you have to have the open minded knowledge before you start preaching about something you will never comprehend unless God Will's.
