If you want to bulk up eat a lot of red meats. Dont go the fast food route because a lot over a short period of time will just make you sick. Also, try going to a place like smoothie King or health rx and pick up some creatine or a like powder mix. They offer quick solutions to bulking up. But only go that route if you are really lifting weights and are going multiple times a week. That stuff is made for people who want to gain weight but then work out and turn it into muscle (I think thats what you want right). If you take creatine and dont burn it then it will weigh you down and youll feel sick.

if you're old enough, I'd suggest 'gainers', basically high amounts of protein in concentrated amounts that you can buy at most health stores. I like cytogainer myself from cytosport. Mix that with a good workout program of lifting heavy weights.
I'd buy a gainer and consist of eating healthy balanced small meals 5 to 6 times a day. Write down a workout program that suits that you want to 'bulk', basically lifting heavy and eating lots. If you want to get good programs for bulking, go to bodybuilding.com or any fitness website and read some articles on what it takes to gain weight. I did it and went from 170 lbs to 190 lbs in 3 months, all lean muscle mass, but it took dedication and extremely hard work.

Try eating spoonfuls of peanut butter for a lot of protein. Do not take the fast food route!! Go to a store like GNC and they will be able to help you with some supplements, just tell them what kind of results you are after! good luck!!

im specific your physique doesnt wreck the guidelines of physics so.. @ 5'8 137 lbs (which continues to be skinny as hell :D) i exchange into eating 3500 cals/ day to maintain that weight. lifted 5 days/ week + boxing 3 days / week. consume sufficient nutrients and you will positioned on weight until eventually you're no longer human lol count variety your energy and if youre no longer putting on weight, save upping the energy. maximum bodybuilding web pages say to objective to get .5 - a million g protein consistent with lb of bodyweight consistent with day to positioned on muscle rather of fat. you're able to be aiming for 2 lbs/ week on the main; something extra is fat or maybe @ 2 lbs/ week, a large variety of it particularly is going to likely be fat. get on an entire-physique lifting application; it is going to comprise bench press, squats, and deadlifts. i reccomend rippetoes beginning power for novices. solid luck!

Exercise using weights (no cardiovascular exercise), and plenty of protein and carbohydrates.
It's one of this unknowns amongst many people, but muscle is actually a lot heavier than fat. Hence when you exercise your muscles (again no cardiovascular work), you actually gain weight!
Simple :)
Happy weight gaining!
