Actually i know she is really beautiful and I kno everything about her ""via"" friends, but I never actually talked to her and i dont know how to meet her

You are in love with a dream,would you not smile if some one you knew said they were in love with some one they only know about from several third party reports. Do your own thinking and put aside you insecurities and ask her out for a pop or coffee, as you have admired her for a distance and you would like to get to know her better, forget the love her bit, it is infatuation only and it would scare her off if you mention it

TALK TO HER! and if you're too shy ask your friends to go out as a bunch with a bunch of her friends (her being there obviously) you'll get to talk to her without the pressure of being on a date, and if she really is all that you thought she was, then ask her out to do whatever she likes to do best.

The only thing you can do is introduce yourself to her...talk to her...how else do you expect to start anything with her...?
