There are several programs that may help you get the meds you need. I'm not sure if the programs can help since you have insurance but it's worth looking into. I don't think any of the extended release come in generic forms, but try doing an internet search...maybe there is one. Most are too new to come in generic form. Here's a couple of sites for RX assistance.

in case you or your baby are on a medication which could no longer be substituted for yet another, then the ins. co will pay for it. all you would possibly want to do is have the Dr. fill out a spread (provided be the ins co. all you would possibly want to do is call and ask) and go back it to the ins co. it takes a even as to get it going yet now and again that's properly surely worth the wait. starting up a sparkling med can take perpetually to get the dosage at an perfect element for some human beings and they ought to bypass through a lot previously they get there.

I'm not sure about the extended release, but there are generics of ADD meds. However, I have found that for ADD, the generics really don't add up like they should.

lots of medications do and you should ask the doctor to find out if the one you want can be found in the generic form...
