Littleblu you must do little and often you owe it to your self and your worth it darling dont listen to anyone who tells you different.
I have the very same scenario with muscles that need to be kept flexible and stretched within reason to be mobile and have any quality of life.
I use to be a fanatic about exercise and was 7 3/4 stones and felt great. I am not able to exercise much now and must not think competing anymore by beating my last count etc., going longer or doing more each time.
If I do too much then I pay the price by being laid up in bed sick for ages. I cannot sleep sit/lie/ stand or walk for days. My muscles are like jelly and cannot heal repair like a healthy person because of my condition.
It also helps to listen to some healing Cd's that assist you to overcome anxiety and fears nyou can improve your stamina.
Hope you get something to help you from this.
I find doing little but as often as possible best when I feel up to it and then rest with hot water bottle on the joints or sore muscles helps and makes exercise possible.
I find stretching first thing in the morning and last thing at night is good and I always warm up before doing a resigm of stretching or sit ups etc., and slowing down afterwards works for me. I use a toning table as often as I can doing little endurance exercise now and finish off with a hydrotherapy bath to massage the muscles and joints. I have also cut out potatoes bread cakes and sweet stuff also chips and have gone vegeterian to keep my weight down.

Walking is a great form of exercise. I like the park best and I try to walk for at least a half hour to an hour every day. It's easy and very healthy to do. Also stretching a little before a walk will make you feel better as you walk. Do what you can, but do it every day. Even when I am tired and don't want to go, I tell myself I will take a shorter walk just to get myself out there. I walk 2 miles a day now. If it raining or too cold out, try going to the mall instead of the park.

Like anything else, takes dedication and planning. If you stick to a diet/workout schedule and consistently think of the end results you should be able to keep up with it.
I personally went out and bought supplements to help, not soley to cheat my way through, but because I didn't want to waste my money on buying products I'd never use. My motivation was end results and making sure I didn't waste what I bought. Sounds stupid, but it helped immensely, plus even if it was placebo, I really did feel the supplements worked considerably.

I know the feeling! I decide how many movements I will do before I start and I increase the number each day. I tell myself that I have to complete the required number, or my arm/leg/toe etc. will fall off. So I always complete the exercises, just in case!

Try incorporating a friend or family member to help keep you motivated whether it be exercising with you or just asking you about how it's been going. When you know someone else is in on it it usually keeps you going!! Good luck!

Think of how good you will feel AFTER you have completed your exercise! Joining a gym with fun classes always helps. Or doing any kind of exercise that you consider fun will help; dancing, a hike in the woods, funky exercise video, a step class, kickboxing, etc.....
