She has a boyfriend and I told her I had a crush on her. She said "that's so sweet." Than gave me a hug. And the next day she flirted with me a little. I didn't flirt back I just played it cool. So the next day I saw her crying at work. Her friend told me that her boyfriend called and said mean things to her. So I went and bought her a friendly card to make her feel better. She said "thats sweet thanks" Next day she flirted with me a little again. I didn't flirt back.
We talk a lilttle. We ususally have a little small talk. You think I should tell her that she pretty and looks nice today everytime I see her. I don't want to push it. Is that going to far?
Heard her boyfriend makes her feel bad alot and makes her cry alot coming into work. I just don't get why she's staying with him.
I'm falling for her and I can't stop thinking about her. I don't see how i'm falling for her if I really don't know what she likes in life. All I know is I like her personality. She sweet and kind.

Were co-workers and she told me this morning she might leave cause other co-workers are being rude and mean to her. I told her don't quit let me talk to them. So I hope she doesn't quit. I would be sad if she quit. She said she will think about it and see me at work wednesday. I don't talk to her much at school or work really. I'm pretty much shy. I'm trying to come out of my shell. Am I running out of time?

i dont kno y ur falling for her if u dont kno what she is like either, but then again i dont kno why i am falling for this girl that i dont kno either. it is good that u like her personality and it sounds like u care about her. and that u want her to be happy and u wish that she would wake u and realize that she is in a bad situation and that u are a whole lot better for u ( i kno exactly how u feel bc i am in the same situation. just keep doin what u are doin and try to get to kno her better. when she starts to talk to u more, and tell u more about her personal life, then u can ask her about her relationsihp (so and so said this what is that about?) and just show her that u care about her and how she feels.

have with her a more meaningful conversation and do something funny, noone else would do - she'll smile and you both will feel good and then talk to her about the relationship with her boyfriend - if he's a jerk like you explained she'll start to reason as soon as someone (more or less) objective discusses this topic with her
but under no circumstances should you do a move on her right now, she's vulnerable so help her, but don't overpower her...
most important is that you establish a good friendship with her!
once that's done you can relax and after a while you can tell her what you feel

I recommend you not to rush things. The way you started was really good. Dont rush things or else she would think you're trying to take advantage on her. Just tell her once a week or once a month "you look beautiful todaY" not more. You started with small talk, try, everytime make longer subjects. Try to know about her hobbies: don't change your hobbies for her, just get more interested in them, this way you would like things she likes plus what you used to like before meeting her. Maybe two months should be enough before you tell her really how you love her. If you want to talk more often to her, get her e-mail adress and chat with her on the internet, this has worked for millions of successful couples.

I think you've done too much already. Just play it cool from this point on and don't pay too much attention to her. You sound like a nice guy and at the age she is, she isn't ready to appreciate that though. You might want to be a bit of an a s s for a little bit. For example, if she complains about her man to you just say "Well, that's kind of your fault for being with him and putting up with that. You have a choice, you know." and see what response you get.

Don't worry if she quits, having a girlfriend at work is awkward, it's nicer to have a little break from them, but you playing it perfectly, don't mess it up, stay strong, you don't want to be the one who breaks them up, her boyfriend will come after you, continue being nice, and continue the game of flirting back and forth, she'll break up with her boyfriend really soon, then step in.
