I believe that science is proving the existence of God. Just because man does not yet understand something does not make it miraculous. When the white man came to colonize America and could start a fire with a piece of glass, the Indians thought this "miraculous" even though it is consistently repeatable and defined through the laws of physics not the divine intervention of God.
God is being proven by science because of the very same thing. God is consistent and the more we learn about His creations the better we understand the nature of God and His personal tastes. As we learn more about the cosmos and the life in it God is becoming a truth factor that cannot continue to be ignored. Science is basing your conclusion on the evidence of information that is factual not opinion or assumption. When the foundation of a scientific truth is researched, especially about life, the truth claim of God that He exists and is the Creator of life starts to become a recognized and accepted reality for scientists and mankind as a created being.

What do you honestly think? Over the years since science has advanced the room for God has decreased. Before we needed a god to explain the stars, the ocean, death, disease, and what not. Now, since science has explained all that we don't know God anymore. Science in no way is proving the existence of God, in fact it is disproving the existence of God because science is based on fact not faith. Faith is a direct opposite of fact.

You are taking to different things. I think that science is changing alot of what Christianity has to say about God. But for me what would disprove God. Can you ever create a model for that. I would say no.

Science neither proves nor disproves a god. If you believe in a omnipotent god who chooses not to reveal him/herself (except allegedly in ancient writings), than he/she has clearly chosen to leave no evidence of his/her existence in what is able to be scientifically studied.
does a scientific expanation of a rainbow diminish a rainbow's beauty? no, of course not. so what is wrong with studying the universe that some believe a god created? If you beleive, and accept that we have inqusitive minds created by that being, isn't the next logical step to use those minds and figure out the mysteries at hand?

I think if God exists science not theology will reveal it but at present science hasn't proved the existence of any deity, just that we live in a remarkable and complex universe.

Science: system of acquiring knowledge based on empiricism, experimentation, and methodological naturalism, as well as to the organized body of knowledge humans have gained by such research.
Naturalism: the view of the world that takes account only of natural elements and forces, excluding the supernatural or spiritual.
---
Seems like 'science' excludes 'god', by definition. Those who try to insist that science 'proves' (or even 'disproves') god are doing so erroneously.

Science could not care less about the supernatural. It concerns itself with the natural.
You cannot disprove god. But neither can you disprove a purple cow orbitting Vega.

Religion is religion and science is science.
If religious people want to believe that science is proclaiming the glory of god then they are free and encouraged to do so.
But science doesn't even address the issue of proving or disproving god. It is outside of it's scope.

Evolutionist are Trying to use things to say that science proves evolution. But there are many holes in that theory.
There are many things that do not fit the theory of evolution but can be fit what the Bible says.
Science will not be able to find out how miracles are done, because they are super-natural, and science can only reproduce natural results.

All science is from God... it is what God put in place to control the functioning of the universe He created... thus all science is good... it is mankinds misuse of God's science that causes all the trouble... man has not figgured out the smallest % of God's science yet mans ego tells him he is SO smart... if mankind truly understood God's sciencd all of mankind would be living in peace and plenty as God intended... but as long as man is controled by ego and greed that aint going to happen.
