from Outlook Express. good news is that i put the hard drive as a secondary drive in my other computer and i can access files through a second hard drive.......but i need to find the outlook express e-mails.....where are they?! i didnt make a backup of the e-mails which i should have...but still the e-mails should be on the hard drive...............................again this is only a "Windows" failure so my files are still intact...................PLEase HeLp!!!???

They will be saved in a .pst file somewhere, do a search for those... reinstall and or fix your outlook and point it to that .pst file and they will all be there. X

Outlook Express (by Default) stores the e-mail files in the Outlook Express folder under Program Files.
On the old hard drive find the folder labled Program Files then open Outlook Express, then click on the file you want - ie. Inbox.dbx. Choose to open the file using Outlook Express.
This should open up your old mail files.
