Is he just urinating around the house? Is he unneutered? He could be marking his territory. If he is having poo accidents as well then there may be a physical cause. But if he is just urinating everywhere considering having him neutered if he isn't already.

could be the protein level in his food.try buying a lower protein food.Higher protein makes the kidneys work harder.
