This is a difficult question because the archaeologists don't agree on the exact date but a big part of them say that Rome was founded on April 21, 753 B.C.

The only one sure evidence is April 21st of the year 753 B.C.
In spite of different disputes, in Rome they are yearly celebrating
this birthday (Natale di Roma) on 04/21.
