I am just returning to a healthy lifestyle. I think my needs and issues are different than a young woman, in her twenties. I am looking for a free website with a lot of motivational tips and a forum, if that is possible. Thanks so much for your help. Sue

hmmmmm. i would suggest taking a water aerobics class. almost everyone in the class is between 35-60 and all women! i;m 19 and i went with my mom and i loved it! it was super fun and i was exercising too! but if that's not an option for yoiu, then give this site a looksies.
