The first thing you want to do it think thoroughly about your decision. I recommend getting the picture/photo of what the tattoo will look like. Then, print it and paste/post it somewhere in your room. Since this tattoo will be on your body for a really long time, if not forever, you don't want to get sick of it. If after a month, you still enjoy looking at the tattoo, then there's your answer.

You should get something that means something to you. All the ones that I have tell a story of my life thus far. I can look at one, and remember right where I was, and where my head was at, at the time I got it.

I think the best way would be to commission a tattoo drawing from a fantasy artist; so it will be unique and exactly what you wanted. Check out deviantart or illuminators guild to find someone to commission.
