What constitutes an Emergency Exit in a manufacturing plant? Most of our Exits have the push bars but some don't. Help!!

Check with the ministry, or the local zoning board or building authority, or with a professional architect. They have a better chance of knowing the correct answer. Here, the only qualifications most people have is that they have a keyboard and a modem and a few spare minutes. You may get the correct answer here, but someone might tell you that you'll be in compliance if you paint the door with zebra stripes.
