Everytime i work out, i have a smaller appetite...is that a good thing?

That is natural to have less of an appetite after you work out.

it's good. as long as you aren't starving your body of the calories it needs to function. then you'll be AOK:)

yes if you want to tone up then ye aslong as u are eating all the nutrients that you need
