I am sure it will be very beneficial if you do it every day as any form of exercise is good for you. I have been trying to work out how long it would take me to walk the recommended 10,000 steps a day. On Saturday I went at a fairly quick speed for 5 minutes and did 600 paces . I think I would be able to maintain 500 paces in 5 mins without a problem so 10,000 steps should take me 100 minutes. I am now going to TRY to do this every day. Based on that, if you did your 3 miles in about 50 minutes or less you are 3/4 of the way there I think....Well done!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!
