You probably have carpal tunnel syndrome or a pinched nerve in your hand or arm. I am borderline carpal tunnel. It comes from long hours of typing or making the same repetitious hand movements. I also had a pinched nerve in my knee and my whole calf would get numb and tingly. Sometimes when I would stand up I would just fall. You may need to go to a specialist.

Sounds to me that you may have carpel tunnel sydrome. This is not unusual for soemone who is at a computer alot of the time.

To maybe help your symptoms out, you could get gel wrist rests for in front of the computer. Try this and see if it helps

could be a pinched nerve, or carpal tunnel syndrome. unfortunately, there is no way to know or take care of it without going to the doctor.
