Interested in making Indian bread? well then, you will need: wheat unrefined flour called gehu aata from any Indian grocery store a roller pin to roll the bread a thick flat pan to roast the bread A clean thick kitchen napkin Method: Knead the flour with a pinch of salt and a spoon of edible oil. The consitency should be such that you can easily be able to roll it. Divide the flour into balls of 2 inch diameter. Roll out these with the rolling pin to make flat round discs of flour. If you find any difficulty in doing so, dip the balls in a little dry flour first, so rolling becomes easier. Place the rolled disc on a preheated, pregreased pan on the gas stove. Let it cook on low flame for a minute or too. Turn and cook the other side. You can press, and rotate the bread with the help of the napkin. After 2-3 mins, you bread is done. This can only be made one at a time.
