We draw names each year and this year I drew her name. Which would be fine other then the fact that I can't stand her. I would like to give her a good @ss kicking, but I have to be nice on account of my nephews. So any ideas, I know that her favorite color is green or purple and that she likes exotic teas. I am really just drawing a blank. Thanks for the help.

I don't know your spending limits, but how about a teapot/cup deal in greens & purples? Maybe with a couple of bags of funky tea. Be nice, it is your husbands family and it is Christmas...feel the love!

Oh! The old draw the names and drawing a name of somebody who you'd rather not buy for. Boy do I understand this one--I have drawn the name of my Dad's wife TWICE and I'm sorry but it makes me sick to the pit of my stomach to buy for somebody I can't stand. That is NOT the meaning of Christmas.
The first time I bought her a gift and she was rude about it. (NOt a nice person). The second time I secretly traded with my brother who does like her so everybody was happy.
Can you do that?
Can you trade with your husband maybe? (Unless he drew you and then that won't work)
If not, don't personalize it so much. Ger her a gift certificate for a tea shop or Starbucks. She'll really appreciate it because you most likely don't truly know what flavors she likes and she can cik her own out and you won't feel like you have to stress so much about figuring out what to get.
That is what I would do.
OR a gift certificate for dinner or movies or something.

I would get her a gift certificate to a store like the World Market or some place that has unique teas and such. That way she can get a tea she likes or something new.
There are also some good homemade gift stuff you can do. Like get her and her husband a gift certificate to a restaurant and make a coupon that you will babysit your nephews. That way you both win. But I do the babysitting coupons for my family and they really like them.

Give her a sweater (green) that is about 2 or 3 sizes to big for her. Or if she is a large woman give her one that is 1 or 2 sizes two small. And laugh you a_ _ off on the way home!!!

tricky. You can rarely go wrong with a Buxton wallet (they have them in green and purple, just so you know) or a collection of nice candles with holders and such.
