i need a program where you can watch tv without a tv card. there is a program out there but which one, names please? e.g sky sports 1 or e4 or paramount comedy.

The only other way would be for someone to be broadcasting that channel over the Internet, and then you just need something to catch that video stream, which means ANY program that can catch a streaming video, not a special program. You just need the URL.
So, please, get your facts straight first.
