Medical terms in progress notes?

"left-middle finger [sounds like "teronikia".] (swollen with infection)

also in physical examination: "Lungs:[sounds like "delovely"]

Thanks for any help with figuring out these words.

MJ is correct, the first one is paronychia.

I'm not sure about the second one either.

I am a MT, the first one is paronychia (see link below).

unsure of second one.
