I just want to reply to 1 of 5....
Feel healthy eating it because of the FRUIT?! There is no illusion that eating blended marshmellow creme and cream cheese is good for you.
Eat marshmellow creme because you like it, not to trick yourself into thinking you're doing your body good.
P.S. You can use it as a filling in between cake layers.

Put a spoon on top of a cup of hot chocolate. Better than plain old marshmallows! AND you can flavor it! Mix in a little almond extract, or some cinnamon, or even cocoa powder. Yummy.

Blending it with cream cheese and using it as a fruit dip is what I would do. At least you can feel better about eating it (because the fruit is healthy) than you likely would about eating fudge.

Peanut butter and marshmellow fluff sandwiches. I don't think they are any good but I have about 10 friends that swear they are the best thing in the world.
