If you visit an allergy doctor, he can do a test on you to find the allergens and then follow a treatment with regular shots that sort of make you immune to those substances. It takes long and is not always 100% perfect, but you'll get more info from a specialist doctor.

Are you allergic to these foods raw, cooked or both? I used to be allergic to almost all raw fruits and vegetables. After getting allergy desensitation shots for five years, my allergies to these foods went away. It is called oral allergy syndrome.

there is cures for allergies (allergy shots) except for food allergies. i understand though i am deathly allergic to tree nuts and i love them, but if i want to stay alive i cant have them. benedryl can help with the symptoms if you happen to accidently eat them. i wouldnt eat them purposly if you know that you will have problems specially since over time your reaction can become worse.

if there was a cure for allergies, why would anyone have them? everyone would be cured if there was one.

No silly, there's no cure. you can get shots to control them, but they take about a year of weekly shots to take full effect and even then may not work.
