No it isn't written anywhere in the Quran that the rape of a women is acceptable in any circumstances. The punishment for rape is death.

Rape is not permissable in Islam. Anyone who rapes is definatly doing something which is evil and they are far far away from God. I think rape is one of the most disgusting things in this world. Inspired by only evil.
