Just follow this and you should be good to go!
The best way to make easy-to-peel hard-boiled eggs with pure yellow centers is to place the eggs in a pot of cold water and add a teaspoon of salt. Place the pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and remove from heat and let sit for 13 minutes. Drain the eggs and immediately place in an ice bath until completely cooled. Drain and enjoy your perfectly cooked hard-boiled eggs.

Per Rachel Ray. Heat the water to a rolling boil. Take water off heat. Set eggs in water for 10 minutes. The eggs will be perfect.

This is how I make them and they come out perfect everytime.

Putt the eggs in a pan of cold water, being careful not to crowd.

Cook on med heat until the water starts to boil. Once they boil take them off the heat and cover 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes has passed submerge in ice water.

After cooking them, spin them on the counter top. If they wobble, they aren't cooked. (The wobbling is the yolk inside of the egg.) Try this with an egg from your refrigerator! When you spin a hard boiled egg it will spin without the wobble as the yolk is hard. Works every time!!
