no, but if you have a friend in the US...use his address, because all accounts have to be from the US....and then just take the phone and modem with you to Ireland! calling Ireland is free form the US...so just the ADA for 9 dollars, and you and your family can talk for free...I have an Aunt in Germany and that what we do!
