I like to take the initiative most of the time. It's also a turn on when the woman initiates it because it lets you know she wants you.

Unfortunately most women are very shy in the bedroom and the man has to take the lead. I like it once in a while if I get to sit back and relax and have her do the work.

If we both know that we are into each other then it doesnt matter. If I am not 100% positive then its nice for her to initiate.
