So I have been dieting for about 3-4 months now. I have been exercising and watching my calorie intake. I have been able to keep off approx. 10 pounds. I was wondering if there is any type of supplement that will help me lose another 10-20 pounds in 2 months. I know that slow weight loss is best, I just need an extra boost to help me. Anyone have one they used and thought it was just great for those 10 pesky pounds. I am 5'4" and weigh 161pounds.

as you say, slow weight loss is best. In terms of the speed you're losing weight, and the fact you're exercising regularly, sounds like you're doing very well as it is.

Effective weight loss pills can have serious side effects (for example, many work as stimulants and can therefore put additional stress on your heart). The gains they bring over 'just' exercise and a good diet are also not as much as you might expect - if you can find one that lets you lose an extra half pound a week, you're doing pretty well. There's also a lot of expensive weight loss pills that will do absolutely nothing -e.g. homeopathic pills.

tbh, it sounds like you're doing great as it is. If I were you, I'd just keep it up - those extra pounds will come off eventually, and it'll be much healthier than resorting to pills.

Hydroxycut before they removed the Ephedra was a great product. I have tried a number of different pills, but nothing compares to Ephedra. I know people ramble on and on about how bad it is for you, but when used properly, it is the best thing on the market. You can still buy it online, but only until the stock on-hand is sold out. It was made illegal again because of people misusing the product and killing themselves. A good friend of mine was 19 and she died while using a product that contained Ephedra. That is what made the news. What didn't make the news was her eating disorder, and that she was puking up all her food while taking twice the recommended dose of the diet pill. Back to the topic at hand, it is safe when used as directed and you maintain a healthy diet. I would recommend Lipodrene, which has Hoodia in it as well. Make your own decision of course, but don't listen to all the people who have never even taken Ephedra or researched anything about it.

You MUST try CLA (conjugated Linoleic Acid). These are used by body builders and dieters to lose weight and to keep it off permanently. They help break down fat and eliminate fat cells from the body and keep muscle percentage up after you stop dieting so that weight as fat is not regained. I have tried them and they work, seriously!
Also... if you take a tablespoon of raw organic Bragg's apple cider veingar in a cup of water before every meal, you will lose more weight than you already have... also tried this, and I have lost 15 pounds and kept it off, I still drink the venigar (love it it tastes so good). It is cheap, like 2.50 a 16oz bottle.
Green tea pills work well also... tried em, they speed metabolism.

Provided that you are healthy Hydroxycut is a good product to help you with your plateau. However don't go out and buy an entire bottle...read about it on the internet first ( www.hydroxycut.com - you can research other sites too to get consumer comments) and try it for a few days to determine if you have any reaction to it.

Good Luck
