If it was up to me, I would deport all you Nazi racists. You and your mother and your whole Nazi family.

If you were born here, then you would have little to worry about. Both my parents were illegal and were never deported. They both took citizenship classes, and are now U.S. Citizens. They've been in this country for a little over thirty years. Just make sure she starts taking steps towards becoming a citizen, soon.

sorry to hear, there is a way of help. first you must go see a immigration lawer to file for a I-130 relative petition ($300) and then you will recieve a I-131 affirmative action filing for a support of affadavit ($300) followed by going more then twice to a HOMELAND SECURITY where there will be interviews for your mother. This is all determined by time, sorry but it can take up to 3-5 years untill your mother finally files for adjustment to status($250). Best thing is to hurry up and get the process started, the sooner the better.

unless she gets in trouble odds are she wont be deported and someone actually said that illegal immigrants dont' pay taxes. actually they do they usually get an fake social security #. the companies usually take the taxes before they get the checks. believe me uncle sam will take anyone's money. on the other side their college tuition is not subsidized, never get any taxes back, have no ss benefits. taxation without representation, sounds familiar?

Are you a US citizen? (born in the US)
If so, it is less likely she would be deported. I believe there should be some way she can become a legal immigrant. She should check into that online.

My sister in law is a Russian from Kiev...odds are that if she's done everything right and goes to INS they will let her naturalize. She'll have to take classes and pass tests, and will have to report in periodically. This is especially true if her children were born in the US or/and if she is married to a US citizen.

They will only deport her if someone reports her or if she does something to draw attention to herself like committing a crime.

how you feel about this statement below?
if you enter the country illegally, you must accept the consequences. The reasons for breaking the law don't matter.

THEN TELL HER TO STOP COMING TO AMERICA

what is the world coming to that a 12 yr old has such a fowl mouth, your mother SHOULD be deported for not teaching you to not use such vulgar language.

She cannot pay taxes if she is illegal, the goverment won't accept them. You need a valid SS card or immigration status to pay taxes. But there is a chance she will get deptored.
