Yes you can freeze it, but make it really air-tight and it probably won't keep over a month or so. Be sure you renderit, too, heating the fat until it melts, strain, and store the melted fat. I'm surey ou could baste a turkey in it, but basting doesn't do much for the moisture content, in reality. A coating of it may help the skin brown nicely, but I wouldn't do much more than that w/ the goose fat.

You can freeze it but don't leave in the freezer for longer than a month as it will lose a lot of its flavour and go rancid. You could baste a turkey with it but the turkeys own juices are much better and it does produce enough fat to do this with, though not as much as a goose. Use tour goose fat in your roast potatoes and parsnips, they will be lovely and crunchy and flavoursome.

Like all animal fats it will freeze well, you can baste your turkey with it, turkeys have fat of their own so no need to use too much.
the breast of turkey can be dry putting butter under the skin helps or cook the turkey upside down turning it to brown the skin at the end. Remember to put your turkey on a trivet to allow the fat to drain away or it could soak into the meat and make it too fatty.

It's fine to freeze it, should be fine for Xmas. Ooh it's lovely on turkey with your roast potatoes! I usually buy a couple of jars of goose fat from the French market when it comes to town for Xmas, makes the potatoes extra crunchy. Ooh and a tip for your roast potatoes, par-boil them, drain, put in a large spoon of semolina (yes that stuff you use to make puddings with), shake it about with the lid on, then roast them, the semolina makes them extra crunchy! (Nigella swears by it and so do I).

Probably not a good idea. Fats do not usually freeze that well and at best have a life expectancy of about 2 months in your average home freezer.
