I lost 80lbs in 4 months by eating only one meal a day of just chicken (boneless,skinless) or tuna with spice and lots of crystal light or diet iced tea and I ate some toast with my meal. I could snack on tuna once a day but I usually didn't. I walked with a small backpack on as fast as I could for as long as I could daily. It worked, now I don't eat crap, I drink red wine and I enjoy going out. It will really drop the lbs fast and isn't that hard, I didn't notice it and haven't gained a pound back since May

Anything with ephedra... yes i know, it's absolutely horrible for you but it works! I've used every diet pill out there and it's the only one i've had luck with. Of course it has undesirable side effects such as hear palpitations, insomnia, and anxiety. I use stimerex es. You can get it on line. It's illegal in most of the US. Make sure it is the ES one. Plain stimerex doesn't have the ephedra.

Are you expertise the reality that as soon as your physique gets employed to a diet then this diet gets much less efficient over time since your body adjusts to compensate?

This isn't a lecture but seriously none of these pills work all the comapnies are interested in is making money...not making you slim. The most they do is put you in a bad mood for days on end.

Weight watchers worked for me and I also get diet pills from my doctor (Phentermine 30 mg), but you have to be very careful with these and if you have a history of heart disease in your family then it isn't good that you take them. You should also be regulated at least monthly by the doctor when you take them.

They are the best for controlling appetite....I have to actually MAKE myself eat when I take them....so sticking to a diet is much easier.

Go bland. Plain, easy, unseasoned food such as grilled chicken, plain rice and a bare-skinned baked potato are nutritious but your palette will tire of these individuals quickly, unlike salty moreish ready-made food, which keeps you snacking and piling around the pounds.
