Jesus, son of Mary said ... 'I am indeed the Messenger of God to you, confirming the Torah that is before me and giving good tidings of a messenger who shall come after me whose name shall be Ahmad.'" (Sura 61:6).
Ahmed is a form of the name Mohammed, both meaning "the praised one". In the Greek tongue, this would be "periklytos". Now we find in John's Gospel, Chapter 14:16:
I will pray the Father and He will give you another "parakletos", (Counsellor or comforter) to be with you for ever."
On the strength of the Qur'anic text, This verse is a forgery perpetrated by ............ who intended thereby to camouflage the predicted coming of the Prophet Mohammed, which is so obviously predicted in the above text. All manuscript texts of this Gospel of John, which contain the word 'parakletos' and not 'periklytos', date back to hundreds of years before the coming of Mohammed. Furthermore, the very next verse relates to us that the 'parakletos'
"is the spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You (the disciples of Jesus) know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you."
"And this is the blessing wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death and he said, 'The Lord came from Sinai and dawned from Mount Seir upon them; he shone forth from Mount Paran he came from ten thousands of holy ones: with flaming fire at his right hand. Yea, he loved His people; all those consecrated to him were in his hand: so they followed in thy feet, receiving direction from thee, when Moses commanded us a law, as a possession for the congregation of Jacob. Thus the Lord became King in Jeshurun when the heads of the people were gathered, all the tribes of Israel together." (Deuteronomy 33:1-5).
Lord came from Sinai, he came through Moses; when he rose up from Seir, he came in Jesus; and when he shone forth from Mount Paran and came with ten thousands of saints, he came in Mohammed the seal of all prophets.
May God guide you on the right path, god has power over all things.

Interesting article but there are some problems. The Bible does not teach that Jesus did things by God's permission- but that He was God. Yes, the Old Testament didn't mention Jesus by name- but how would Jesus of been killed by the people He was trying to save if His name was specifically mentioned? The verse that supposedly mentions Mohamed is Song of Solomon 5:16. Problem is the verse says-16 His mouth is sweetness itself; he is altogether lovely. This is my lover, this my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem. Clearly there is no mention of Mohamed there- yes if I didn't look at the actual Bible-I might believe that point. Another verse mentioned is Deuteronomy 18:18 which talks about a prophet. You might say-see there it is- but God spoke that the Prophet would come from there people. Being that this prophet was from THEIR people-means he'd HAVE to be JEWISH.... to my understanding- Mohamed was not Jewish. As for the rest of the article- it talks about the New Testament speaking about Mohammed as the prophet- problem is that ACTS 7:37 refers to that prophet being Jesus as does Acts 3:22. Jesus was like Moses in that He was a savior-that's it- the rest of the argument makes no sense and therefore deserves no other consideration. Are far as the last comment that the Jewish people and Arabs are the same so when the Bible says- "Out of Your Brothern" Say my family won a trip to Disney Land. The ticket said all of your family. Does that mean I can call up my great-great- great-great-great-great...a lot more great...grandfathers half brothers family and have them come too? No it means my family can go. That means the promise was made the Jews and from the Jews these prophets came. The article talks of Isaiah 29:12 about an Unnamed Prophet- the verse only states: 12 Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, "Read this, please," he will answer, "I don't know how to read." It says nothing about a Prophet but just that the people would not understand these thing Isaiah was saying. Again an argument is made based on a verse that has no connection with Mohamed. I love an intellectual argument- but please look at all the facts before trying to state your case- otherwise it isn't an intelligent argument at all....

You are being mislead im afraid.
Jesus is the ONLY way.
A few points Muslims should know, but won´t even read because they are brainwashed not to think or debate.
#1. The Kabah wasn´t built by Abraham because he was never in Arabia or anywhere near mecca.
#2. The Bible (Torah) is backed up by historical accounts from other ancient books, the Koran has no historical or Archealogical back up whatsoever.
#3. Allah was one of many Gods worshiped by ancient arabs (such as Hubal and al-LÄt, al-`Uzzah, and Manah) and was the Moon God, hence the Cresent of the moon on muslim flags.
4#. Muhammed unlike Jesus lived by the sword freeing mecca and other battles, not a very peace loving chap then?
5# Muhammed is a FALSE prophet, as Jesus warned of many false prophets which would come AFTER him.
I could go on and on, do the research and you will find the truth.

I simply do not understand why people would follow a self proclaimed prophet, as far as I can see the bible has no reference to Mohamed, he was the one that found the ancient scriptures, and used them to proclaim them as his own prophesies that were written five hundred years before him. It dose not take a brain surgeon to see what he has done here. Christianity started with Jesus, he fulfilled OT scripture by his coming, and from that Jesus gave us a new law, and all other scripture becomes null and void. All other prophets that have come after Christ in my opinion are nothing more than manipulating, and deceiving false prophets that have used Christs teaching to accumulate personal wealth and power. Islam will use what ever it takes to justify false prophesy.

I read your article, and I still know that the only reference to Mohamed in the Bible is a FALSE PROPHET. And I believe Islam is the religion that is spoken of as the one in the last days that many Christians Will fall away from the faith to a false teaching.

The Bible says nothing about Mohammed...nothing at all. And anyone who wants to claim otherwise is simply twisting the True Word of God to support their gutter religion.
