If you only have excess fat on the belly but nowhere else, it is most likely due to the fact that your digestion is inefficient. Food and liquid are storing in your body longer than other people - it is a bit like bottleneck traffic where lots of cars are jaming waiting to get through. The only way to get round this is to make your speed of digestion quicker, then belly fat will disappear.

That's not true a lot of emphasis is placed on belly fat. However, try this technique for 6 weeks. Stop eating after 6:00 p.m., only drink water because this will give your tommy time to constrict. After 6 weeks go to GNC and purchase a Complete Body Cleansing Program, add some cardio work to the program and watch that tommy disappear.

Have you ever seen body builders in their off-season....all big bulky back and arms, huge ripped legs and a fat gut....this is because the body tends to store fat in the abdominal region first and it does so relatively easy too.
I am assuming that you are a slim person with some belly fat then it should be easier for you to lose your fat with proper diet and cardio vascular exercise (burning more calories than you take in).
Crunches, leg lifts, sit ups etc will not get rid of the fat but will tone and strengthen the underlying muscles while you burn the fat off with cardio.

Forget that digestion claim about the belly fat.

Exercise and proper diet incorporated into your lifestyle will get rid of that belly fat and keep it off!!!

No.

People who are obese actually have a more efficient metabolism. It stores everything and wastes nothing for times of famine.

However, when you carry a pad of abdominal fat, that fat actually triggers you to overeat and it becomes a vicious cycle. Eat more, get more belly fat, get more belly fat eat more...

The only way to lose weight no matter what the TV commercials would have you believe is to take in less calories than you burn.

So simple, but true.

Is is belly fat or fluid accumulation? Sometimes an over growth of yeast (think of what is does to bread) can cause our abdomen to swell up. I have been taking a product called Dida, which helps keep the candida yeast levels low. I have notice a big difference. Another thing you can try is a colonic cleanser to rid your body of all toxins. I havent tried this yet, but the theory sounds quite plausible

No. If you have bellyfat and no other fat, your stomache is just the place where you hold your weight. I had a girlfriend who only gained weight on her back and no where else. bizarre
