You start to show later down the road. The baby may be about the size of a small fist.

Sometimes pregnant women don't show any stomach growth until their 5th or 6th month. The scan may show he is normal and at the right size but you have to remember, the baby is still only 4 months into development. Look it up on the internet, find pictures of the baby's growth stages, a medical website ought to do the trick. Don't smoke or drink or do drugs while you are pregnant. Those are the things that cause low birth weight in babies. I smoke and I quit when I found out I was pregnant at 3.5 months and I didn't show until I was in my 5th month. My daughter weighed 9.2 lbs....and was very healthy. So, stop worrying and pray to GOD that he takes care of your baby. Worry is not good for the baby. Try to live as stress free as possible...

You shouldn't be concerned. Most of the time people don't start to show until they are about 6 months pregnant and even then they don't get that big. I have sisters that are very slim and their stomaches were not that big but they still had 7 almost 8 pound babies. So unless your doctor has told otherwise don't stress yourself out about the situation.

Some people just dont show till late in the game.. I was 7 1/2 months before I started showing with my oldest son. With one of my kids I was huge by the time I was 5 months..every pregnancy is different.

hey, there is nothing to worry about and 4 months is still very early, everyone is different some people start showing instantly and some only start to show after they are six months. It depends, if you are generally quite petite wait a couple of more months and some sure your baby will soon pop out( in shape i mean) if your still concerned get a tape measurer out monthly and trust me you will see some difference, hope that helps.

Consider yourself lucky. You are doing great in maintaining your weight. You must be eating right and keeping yourself active.

Sometimes it doesn't show till about 7th or 8 th month and even then you will show way less than many others you know are or have been pregnant. As long as your ultrasound shows a steady development and the fetal heart monitor sounds healthy heart beating you have nothing to worry about.

If you are in doubt talk to your OBGYN and he/she will explain that nothing is wrong. Good Luck.

Yeah you wont show for awhile. Everyone is different but it will be coming soon for you. I have 2 kids and with my first one I didnt show until I was like 5 months pregnant. I remember at Thanksgiving I was barely showing and he was born the beginning of March. And I am even skinny so dont worry. You will wish you weren't so big when you start really coming along-believe me.

I'm surprised your doctor or midwife hasn't explained it to you. I suppose you are already going to check ups, otherwise I think you should do. Well, I didn't show till I was in my 5th month and some women don't show till they are in their 6th or even 7th month. It all depends how much space you have got for the fetus. If the scan showed that your baby is OK, you shouldn't worry.

Don't worry. I just had my first baby 4 months ago. I didn't really start to show much until I was about 7 months pregnant and then I got really big really fast. When my sister-in-law was pregnant with her first, she was already huge at 3 months. It's different for every woman and for every pregnancy.

Congratulations and good luck!
