Going westbound is longer than eastbound, and it's around 4 hours from San Diego to Atlanta, so you're looking at around 4½ hours form ATL-SFO, LAX, SAN, SAC, FAT or wherver you're going.

about 4 hours I live i ATL and went there it's a long *** time but you fly over some real cool stuff like mountains and deserts, but I went to LA, it might be longer flying to northern Cali.

about a 6 hour flight if you have short lay overs. If not it could take about 10 hours.
