Well, it definitely is very complicated. Too many types of visas and too complicated immigration status. Too much.

If I was a legal immigrant I would be even more upset because I wasted time and money doing things the legal way.

I am a legal Immigrant and had to go thru 2 years of bulldozing with US consulate till they accepted my application as genuine. It wasn't easy and it wasn't nice but I stayed legal and was allowed entry and allowed to stay and work and live here.

Yes i think I have every right to speak out against people who are breaking laws as the way I look at it they are ILLEGAL first and imiigrants later. I Speak out against them like i would against any other Illegal person in this or any country.

What difference would it make? I know quite a few LEGAL immigrants, who are mightily pissed off at the illegal situation ... my friends have parted with good money, waited and waited, had background checks and medicals done, and waited and waited ... and finally got their green cards ....

Those who say it can't be done are lying ... of course it can, it just takes time, and you have to be able to prove you're not a criminal ... trouble with illegals is they want all the goodies NOW ... no waiting for them, just whining and "poor me" ... not everyone who comes legally is sitting on a pot of gold either ... what they do have is respect for our laws and our country, and they're willing to go through the hoops ...

I would feel the same. If I wanted to move to Canada for example, I would obey their laws and meet all of their requirements on becoming a citizen. It doesn't matter what country you're from. But when you go to another country to work and live you should abide by their laws and regulations just like any other citizen.

I would be even more furious if I had to go thru the proper channels to come here, while illegal mexicans just walk right across the cheap border fence!
