Yes he's still liable. He can still get time for molestation of a child and to think it all happened because you lied. Shame on you.

your parents could try to push for statutory rape, and he could/would be in some hot water, if he is the father child support will come into play down the road. If you want to be of any help to this guy, come clean to your parents. Once he finds out, he probably won't be b/f for long. How could you do something like that, babies playing with the grown-ups and then can't handle the outcome. He will end up being responsible for your irrisponsibility. If you took no precautions to prevent pregnancy, you can't totally blame him for getting you pregnant. You told just one lie, to have some fun, and all involved will have to pay. Not saying babies are a mistake mind you, but you started this mess now you should be WOMAN enough to tell the Truth and be willing to take your share of the blame and not let him be the 'fall guy' in all of this. Best of luck, i know it won't be easy but please do the right thing.

Well first of all you definitely need some help. Lying wasn't a good idea you've made matters worse now that u are pregnant. Try writing him or email him that you lied about ur age or talk to someone profesional. Cuz by law that's statutory rape... you are under 18-21 and he had sex with a minor... So yes he's broken the law without knowing it.

Yes he can still get in trouble, it would be up to your parents if they wanted to press charges, you are a minor so you have no say in the matter, you are playing with fire little girl you should have not gone out and lied like this now both of you will have to pay for it.

yes, he will still get in trouble.
he still committed a crime, even if you lied.
he should have checked.
just like the liquor store.
he will still get in trouble. he is supposed to be responsible
because he is an adult.
you could consider not telling him ...
if you want to give the baby to a good adoptive home
or if you want to get an abortion.
but someone will most likely have to pay child support
for the next 18 years. that is the biggest trouble he has.
and the baby needs a father.
you need to talk to a responsible adult; your parent or a school counselor. you are to young and not mature enough to handle this situation on your own. possibly you can get someone else to tell the boy about it.

I would check the statutory rape law in NJ. In Missouri, the law is someone over 21 with someone under 17, so your situation would not be illegal.

Also, someone (like your parents) would have to press charges for anything to happen to him.

Honey, you need to get help from someone real quick. Both of you will could be held responsible, but it will make things a lot better if you talk to someone (counselor, parents, friends, doctor, anybody) right now instead of later. Good luck with the baby, and with your boyfriend. I hope this turns out all right for you.

There's a saying - ignorance of the law is no excuse. Not sure what state you're in, but it's probably a case of statutory rape - regardless of your consent. You'll have to find out the legal age of consent in your state.

What are you going to do with the baby? Good grief, girl - you're really just a baby yourself. Good luck to you.

Yes, he can be charged with satutory rape, doesn't matter whether or not you lied...which you shouldn't have done. He broke the law and can do time for it.
You should tell him you are pregnant and how old you are.
Your lies got you into some really hot water didn't they? Hope you learned something from it.

yes because its still braking the law, but there is a thing where if he goes to court and serve some time it will only stay on his record for 5 years but if he runs it can cost him 20 years in jail. but hey if your parents don't press charges the county will just look it over and he might only have to do community service.

Yes, he can be charged with statutory rape. Nice going, by the way, isn't like so not fair that some unsuspecting person gets in trouble because you're like so irresponsible. Can you even spell condom?
