She and I have been flirting for a few weeks now, but I can't think of a way to ask her out.
We are both under drinking age, so bars probably aren't the best idea.

As much as people say it, it is true. dating coworkers is NOT a good idea unless you work in a big company and people wouldnt notice. If you do ask her out, make sure a fight or something wouldnt interfear with your job. Try taking her out to lunch on a lunch break or something. If things seem to click, ask her out again. and then pop the question.
And as a hint..girls sometimes even flirt with people they hate, so dont be dissapointed if she says no.

Does she drink? What do you have in common? Ask to grab lunch together or a drink after work.

Pretty easy thing to do actually. Just approach her and ask her if she would consider going out with you. If she responds positively then ask her out. If she say not then don't. By what you have written it sounds like the balls in your court and she may be just awaiting you to ask her out.

mixing business and pleasure is never a good thing. having a romantic relationship at work usually ends in one or the other leaving the job. good luck with that

I think you should ask her out of coffee as more of a hang out thing then go from there...if you are getting good vibes then ask her out for dinner.

Dating Co-workers is a bad idea in general. I'd stay away from it all together

just tell her there is a good movie that you want to see and ask her if she would like to go with you to see it.
