Hey KW,
Go to the town where they were adopted, if they are of age, they may have a 'contact' record with the Town, City, or Records Keepers (County or state). You may have to leave your contact information, and simply hope and wait for them to be interested.
Here are some sites about adoption.

I would start with your local Department Of Social Services, In my case it was Hennepin County Adoption Agency, Minneapolis, Minnesota. This agency handled the adoption of 4 of my siblings, a half brother and sister in the early 1940's and two full brothers in 1956.
You can expect to be given the grand run around regarding any adoption records, I worked with Hennepin County Adoption Agency for five years, before I stumbled onto two brothers who's name and address's had been posted in a step father's will. My half sister contacted me through Hennepin County Adoption Agency in 1994, she stayed in contact until she got every bit of family medical information she could get, and then ceased contact in 1995.
The Two full brother's I located in 1986, one was in the United States Army, the other is a teacher in a southren state. The brother in the Army borrowed a large amount of money, and now 20 years later, denies that that he ever borrowed the money. He also has expressed the idea that he has a problem with me, regarding the fact that I'm breathing.
The other brother, backs up the brother who borrowed the money.
I now have ceased all contact with my brothers and sister. I would suggest that should you locate your brother's, don't expect a warm and happy ending in your search. And for God's sake hold until to your money, should you be asked for a loan, you'll never see it again.
I don't know how much your really into searching for your brothers, I will wish you the best in your search. As for me had I knowen in 1986 , how things would be 2006, I would never have bothered to made contact with either brother, or knowing the motives of my half sister, I would have not aggreed to a meeting.
Take care and good luck in your search, I hope that should you locate your brother's that you do much better then I did with my family members.

1. If they were adopted out, they won't be under their birth names now.
2. At 18 or 21, by law in most states, they will be given their full adoption information and may come looking for you.
3. If you were allowed by law to have the information, you'd have it. Call an Adoption Agency (County, Private, etc) and find out the rules in your state. Figure out who it is that IS allowed the information (like birth mother) and have them request it. Then search under their adopted names.

Have you gone to adoption.com to see if they are looking for their birth family? You can also register on adoption.com as a sibling seeking your brothers.
This is an easy website to check on a daily basis.
I have found quite a few matches on Adoption.com which resulted in reunions.
Also, check with the state and county in which these boys were born or adopted and leave birthfamily contact information for them should they look there too.
I found my birth family in 2005 and it has been a wonderful experience so just keep in mind you never know what you WILL FIND. Expect the worst but hope for the best. Stay positive in your search. Not everyone wants to be found, but usually come around long enough to get a few questions answered anyway.
I am one of the lucky ones who had a great family to welcome me and accept me with no strings.
