Because none of us sin either. The idea of sin is nonsense made up by religion about God.

God the eternal Son became incarnate in Jesus Christ. Through Him all things were created, the character of God is revealed, the salvation of humanity is accomplished, and the world is judged. Forever truly God, He became also truly man, Jesus the Christ. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived and experienced temptation as a human being, but perfectly exemplified the righteousness and love of God. By His miracles He manifested God's power and was attested as God's promised Messiah. He suffered and died voluntarily on the cross for our sins and in our place, was raised from the dead, and ascended to minister in the heavenly sanctuary in our behalf. He will come again in glory for the final deliverance of His people and the restoration of all things. It's because we sin that we don't know how or what it is to be human. Sin is a perversion of human nature, not its essence.
Think of it this way: does someone sick from birth know what it is to be truly healthy? No, of course.
Christ was and is the cure for our human nature wounded and blinded by sin.

Jesus came into the world as a baby. He was hungry, he had to rely on his mother to feed him, I sure he fell and skinned his knees sometimes, he got tired and needed to sleep. Oh, he definitelyknew what it was to be human. And he experienced temptation which can lead to sin, but he had no sinful nature in to sin. He was pure as refined gold. He did not need to sin to understand being a human.

Man is sinful, true. But the essence of humanity is not. Jesus shared in our humanity, but He succeeded where we routinely fail. He was the Perfect Man.

He never sinned because he never chose to. He was tempted by the devil himself but not like us. he chose not to sin. We also have a free will and we chose not to sin but we are not perfect and it is easier to say that we have sinned because we are human.

Jesus WAS sinless. He was the Lamb of God that died on the cross for our sins.
He was on the Earth as a human, helping mankind and telling them how to have a fulfilled life.
Then He was used by God to suffer for ALL OUR SINS---
PAST AND PRESENT AND FUTURE.

He lost his temper in the temple where they were selling wares. That is a sin. He had emotions, he suffered, he saw suffering - he WAS human.
