Any dentist can take it out. A friend with a sharp razer and a goop pair of needle nose plyers could do it also.

You need to be on antibiotics, and FAST. IF your dentists appointment is later than today, get to a doctor. The constant bacteria present could infect your heart valves, not to mention make you terribly ill if you go from bacteremia (bacteria transiently in the bloodstream) to septicemia (bacteria living and reproducing in the bloodstream) at which point it could be life-threatening.

Wisdom teeth are third molars. They are
useful especially if you have lost teeth in
the mouth.However,when they are impacted,
they can be painful and may need to be
removed. I found the information
at http://aches.in/wisdomteeth.html useful

Oral surgeon..... Don't mess with those teeth because the infection can reach the brain if not taken care of.... some have died.
