You can call your local dfacs office and they should be able to give you the names and phone numbers of some places that would be willing to help with Christmas.
You can also look in the newspaper when they start asking for donations for toys and stuff call them and tell them that you are in need. Have you tried calling local radio stations? I know in my area the radio station can also help or give you the info needed to get some help.
Believe me I know how you feel and I have been where you are and it will get better. Just pray and do what you can.
Good Luck!

I think it's disgusting that some of you think this lady is begging. How do you know if her kids don't already know the true meaning of Christmas. Every child deserves to have a good Christmas and whether they receive a little or lot doesn't matter. No parent wants to be put in the situation where they can't provide for their family.
If it ever happens to any of you, YOU will know how if feels. So you can't pass judgment unless you have walked in those same shoes.....

I am a single mother with 3 children and I got help through the salvation army angel tree. All you need to do is show them proof of income, residence, ss cards, and an id. It really helps because a family adopts your children and they get them really nice things. Maybe not everything you ask for, but it is nice stuff. I think it is a really great program. If that is not available contact your department of human services office and they should be able to help you find something. Also go to your local churches, the big ones, and I am sure someone there would help you if not them thierselves. Hang in their it will only get better with time.

If she left, why would not she would desire to pay you youngster help? you may bypass after her for toddler help. What style of artwork did you do formerly and what style of injuries do you have? call your utilitiy businesses and ask for charge plans. usually they'll artwork with you in case you have been a competent shopper int he previous. attempt to get nutrients stamps. sign in for unfastened and decreased lunches at your toddlers college. despite you do, do not ask for handouts. human beings do not admire a bum and are much less probably that can assist you you. Secondly, do away with the internet. while you're paying that to be on right here, then it somewhat is money being wasted. i understand as quickly as I labored on the YMCA, between the standards we asked for decreased training substitute into if that they had cable, they have been immediately disqualified. They felt in case you could spend $30 a month or greater for cable, then it somewhat is $30 which could bypass on your toddlers. in case you have a house telephone, decrease it off and in basic terms use the cellular. there are the right thank you to penny pinch. All you're able to do is the final you're able to do.

Try the Red Cross, and Goodwill.
Also, go to your local fire station, and tell them your story, or contact your local newspaper, or news station, and give them your story. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Hope you and your kids have a good Christmas.
